How to set a password? οΌTSA18077οΌ
The lock factory open password are set to 0-0-0, the user should reset the personal password, the steps are as follows
1. Set the lock to the open state.
2. Use a small tool to press the Reset Button, as shown in Figure (2), until you hear the "tick" sound.
3. turn the Three Dials as shown in Figure (1), set the personal password (X-X-X).
4. As shown in the figure (small black arrow) to the red arrow (as shown in the figure) direction to push, when hear the "tick" sound again, the Reset Button as shown in Figure (2) popped up, the lock is open state.
So far, set the personal password is complete, remember the password, if you need to reset the password,Β repeat steps 1 to 4 in this way.

5 years to provide free accessory repair (repair range: wheels, handles, combination lock, seat belt, chair back damage)οΌSend it back, client is responsible for shipping/return fee.

What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you haveΒ 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RefundsWe will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I'm in the U.S. Can I buy this luggage in the U.S. and have it shipped to the U.S.?
Unfortunately, Luggage can't be bought in the US.
Can it be sold international?
Yes, but only sold in Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.Β
