  • Greater Vancouver Area (Metro Vancouver):

    • Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of Canada:

    • Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier schedules.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Occasional delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Processing Time

  • We process and ship most orders within 1 business day of your order being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • After the carrier provides transportation services, if the carrier causes any loss, please contact the carrier for compensation. Our store does not assume any responsibility for the carrier. Please contact the carrier for claims.

7. International Shipping

Currently, We ship to Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Malasyia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and duty fees.
